The problem of fatigue and low energy makes it exceptionally challenging to perform routine and daily tasks, like getting out of bed, dressing, and eating. The low energy does not improve with bed rest. The low energy complaint can strictly affect school, work, and leisure activities. It can also cause physical and emotional symptoms that can have its effects for months or even for years.
 
The fatigue can be the result of improper functioning of the immune and central nervous systems. The other factors like age, gender, prior illness, environment, and stress can also be the reason of low energy.
 
The following factors can also be the reason for fatigue and low energy:
• Anemia
• Environmental allergies
• Sleep disorders
• Psychiatric or neurological problems
• Endocrine dysfunction
• Hypotension (low blood pressure)
 
A person’s daily routine or habit can also be one of the major reasons for feeling lethargic. More physical exertion, poor eating habits, emotional stress or boredom can left a person tired.
 
Fatigue can be an indication of the beginning of any health problem that needs medical treatment. When fatigue is not comforted by sound sleep, good diet, or a low-stress environment, it should be evaluated by your doctor.

• Less attentiveness
• Loss of appetite
• Unexpected weight loss
• Dizziness
 
Some tips for fighting fatigue:-
• Drink plenty of water
• Consume less caffeine
• Have proper breakfast
• Don’t skip meals
• Have healthy and nutritious diet
• Avoid overeating
• An iron rich food is of much importance, particularly for women.
• Learn to relax by using different relaxation techniques.
• Avoid sleeping pills.
